Quietly located in a new development off Highway 27, 1 mile from US192. The villa is only 12 minutes from Disney's entrance which makes a perfect luxury base for your Florida holiday.
All the other theme parks are within easy reach.
The area is renowned for its numerous quality golf courses, which number over 150 around the Orlando area. The villa is ideally located for access to the courses if you are on a golf holiday.
If you fancy a day at the beach then the beaches of the East Coast such as Cocoa or Daytona are only 1 hours drive away. The West Coast beaches of St Pete’s or Clearwater are just over an hour’s drive away.
Within 1 mile we have a new Walmart, Winn Dixie supermarket, Post Office, Bank, Petrol station and take out food outlets. Within 5 minutes you can be surrounded by the many restaurants situated on US192. The choice of food offered in the area is extensive and to help you make up your mind why not take a look in our guest book. Bedroom One
This Master bedroom, with it’s huge, sumptuous king sized bed, pillow top matress and lovely crisp clean bedding is the perfect place to sink yourself into at the end of those hectic, funfilled days. This beautiful bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a large shower with seating, ideal for people with mobility difficulties, walk in wardrobe, king-size bed and large TV with cable, hair drier, alarm clock. This bedroom also overlooks the pool and spa. The walk in wardrobe also contains a travel cot with bedding and a high chair, which are provided free of charge to our guests.
Bedroom Two
Beautifully decorated 2nd Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, large wardrobe, king-size bed with pillow top matress and cable TV. Alarm clock and hairdryer. The sumptuous furnishings in this master bedroom again make it a perfect place to relax and prepare yourself for the next adventure filled day.
Bedroom Three
Over looking the pool the third bedroom has a queen size bed, large wardrobe, cable TV and alarm clock. In a small corridor close to the house bathroom almost like having a 3rd en-suite bedroom.
Bedroom Four
Animal Kingdom. This lovely fourth bedroom has twin beds and animal themed furnishings, large wardrobe, cable TV and alarm clock. All our bedrooms have ceiling fans fitted.
Bedroom Five
Surfers Paradise. A second delightful bedroom with twin beds, this room is surfer themed for children and again has wardrobe storage, cable TV with a Xbox and games to keep them entertained.
Bathroom
The main house bathroom is ideally situated with access to the pool area, which means not having to trail yourself through the living area, and easy access to more pool towels when needed. This bathroom also has a bath and shower.
Family Room
The main room has patio doors overlooking the pool, comfortable furniture including sofa and chairs and a queen size sleeper sofa. For your relaxation there is a large screen TV with an upgraded cable package (including 200 extra channels), HD box and DVD/CD player. We have Wi-Fi for anyone who wishes to “stay in touch” while staying at the villa. There’s nothing like sinking into a large comfy sofa at the end of the day or relaxing with a drink while planning another day of exciting activities.
There is also a formal dining area with a large glass dining table and chairs.
Kitchen Area
The fully fitted open plan kitchen also has a dining area with table and chairs with stools providing further seating behind the breakfast bar. The kitchen comes complete with all the appliances you would expect in a luxury villa such as cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, coffee maker, kettle and toaster etc. There is also a full array of crockery, pans, cutlery and everything you could need if you feel the urge to cook.
Games Room
To help keep everybody occupied should the sun get too hot we have installed a games room which features pool table, air hockey table, table soccer and electronic darts with soft tipped darts. Two large fans are provided to help keep you cool while you sit on the stools sipping an ice cold drink watching the children playing pool. There is also a large selection of children’s games.
Also situated in the games room is a large capacity-washing machine along side a large tumble dryer.
Pool and Spa
Outside is a large private screened-in pool area with extended 30ft x 16ft pool and spa, which overlooks a conservation area. The pool area is Southeast facing and the pool and spa can be heated if required. For your children’s safety a safety fence is provided. Quality pool furniture is also provided for use around the pool. A covered lanai area with a fan is ideal for al-fresco dining or offering shade and a place to relax after a fun filled day in the theme parks.
Security
For your peace of mind the villa is fully alarmed and codes will be supplied to enable our guests to use the alarm system.
Various storage cupboards in the villa contain everything you need to make your holiday a little easier. Items such as an iron and ironing board, hairdryers, bath and hand towels and all bed linens are provided. We also supply towels for use around the pool.
A gas barbecue is available to hire should one be required.
