We are inviting guests to share our second home who are looking for a high end, tastefully furnished vacation home or get away. Peggy's Place is on the top floor of an ocean front 3 story co-op called "The Carmel". Our spacious living room, dining room and kitchen are full of windows, oriental area rugs on the hardwood floors; a french door leads to the patio/deck with bistro table, chairs and umbrella. There is also an electric fireplace, color TV, VCR/DVD in the living room. The corian kitchen is completely stocked with blue and white dishes, nice stemware and collectibles. There is a blue and white gate legged table and baker's rack in one area.

The dining room table is round oak with 4 chairs. We are offering 2 bedrooms, one king bed and one queen bed, 2 full bathrooms.

The master bedroom has a king bed, white rocker, color TV, desk and french doors to the patio/deck and large windows with fabulous views. Walk in closet with built-ins. The master bath has a corian double sink and corian shower, tile floor. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with white wicker, vintage Santa Cruz poster and view window. Closet with built-ins. The 2nd bathroom has a pedestal sink, wainscot, tile floor and corian shower, also view window in the shower.

Peggy's Place allows a maximum of 4 people, we are unable to accommodate sleeping bags, futons, animals, extra over night guests, loud music, smoking inside or out or party house activities. Thanks for visiting Peggy's Place!
