The location is at the corner of Roark Valley Rd and Shepherd of the Hills Expressway. These are also called the alternate routes, or the Blue Route and the Red Route. You can access anything in Branson by these alternate routes and not have to deal with any of the traffic. We are 1 mile from the Branson Landing and many of the Branson shows and restaurants. We are 10 minutes to Silver Dollar City and State Park Marina. If you want a Branson vacation rental that allows for variety: shows, lake, theme parks, nature, and shopping; this is the location for you. All have easy access, in fact, we are close enough that you can drop someone off at the Tanger Outlet Mall and come back to the resort for pool time with the kids, all in 10 min. You might think that with this great location, you are giving up a view. All of the cabins have a beautiful view overlooking the hills and into the woods, no looking into anyone's walls or backyards.
The Branson Woods Resort is absolutely beautiful, with manicured lawns and gardens galore. The resort has 3 pools, 2 outdoor pools, one of which is a resort pool with a waterfall and zero entry. It also has a heated indoor pool that is open year round. There are lots of activities besides swimming, including a kid's playground, shuffleboard, sand volleyball, horseshoes, campfire area, and basketball court that are all top notch. There are multiple shelters to host a great gathering along with indoor space for a wonderful anniversary party or a space to hold a meeting. In the summer and on most weekends, are Kids activities; that can help the younger ones enjoy their Branson Vacation. T-shirt tie-dying and root beer float making are two favorites! The Branson Woods Resort doesn't forget the adults either, there is an on-site concierge for discounted show tickets and no extra fees. Several times a week there is on-site entertainment and shows. Mornings there is an on-site breakfast buffet, nothing fancy, but it is nice to walk up, have your hearty breakfast and not have any dishes. And there is a fitness center, with treadmills, ellipticals, weights and a bike. End your day with a soak in the hot tub. Guests comment how they really enjoyed their time at the resort, with all the activities and amenities. What a wonderful highlight of any trip to Branson, with a stay at the Roy Rogers Bunkhouse or the Dale Evans Ranchhouse. Delightful cabins side by side, (just like their namesakes were in the movies) they are perfect for couples wanting to come visit Branson, enjoy the beautiful Ozarks, watch some amazing shows and spend some time relaxing.
Owned by the Roy Rogers, Jr. family these are no ordinary vacation rentals. Lovingly decorated with the best amenities, these 1 bedroom cabins will be sure to delight and impress. The details from the horseshoe towel holders, the Dale Evans playing cards and the Happy Trails lunchbox will entertain everyone. What a great surprise to come in and remember the best of times with the Riders Club rules, and if you are too young to remember, the rule 'Protect the weak and help them' still holds true for all of us today. Everyone has a little cowboy or cowgirl in there and is sure to be thrilled with the cabins. They are very older adult friendly with ramps and one level living.
Each cabin has luxury leather furniture, ready for you to sit and relax while watching tv or a movie of the "King of the Cowboys" himself. A great big king size bed with high thread count sheets and of course wonderful western saddle blanket quilts. The bathroom is large with a separate shower and extra large double Jacuzzi tub, plenty of room to get ready for the shows and be pampered with the extra thick towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size appliances, including refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and washer and dryer. Everything you need is here to fix wonderful meals whether a quick snack or a full dinner. You will love the Fiesta dishes and great details like the placemats, spice rack and orange toaster! Everyone's favorite place is the screened in porch. The views are so beautiful overlooking the woods and hills, you will forget that you are 1 mile from the famous Branson strip while you sit and sip your coffee.
The location is amazing! 5 minutes from all the shows, shopping and restaurants, including the Branson Landing. Really! Please take a look at our map and see what a great central in town spot this is. We are located on the corner of two of the alternate routes, Shepherd of the Hills Expressway and Roark Valley Rd. and that provides you great access to everything in Branson. Spend your time enjoying Branson, not spending all your time driving.
The cabins are great all times of the year, with great shopping, an indoor pool and a fireplace, winter is so cozy! Spring means everything is new and fresh, fresh shows, fresh restaurants and the beautiful dogwoods. Summer, enjoy the resort waterfall pool, the concierge for discount show tickets and the excitement of Branson! Fall, my favorite time, the leaves, the cool crisp air and the incredible times at Silver Dollar City - you haven't lived until you have seen it in it's fall glory or award winning Christmas pageantry!
