Description |
| 2 BR/2 BA, fully furnished ocean view condo located directly on the non-driving part of New Smyrna Beach. This 1000 square ft (non-smoking) condo has recently been partially renovated, has a balcony, cable TV, and a new air conditioning unit. The new sofa is a fold out for additional sleeping space to comfortably sleep six. Full kitchen: new stove/oven, new refrigerator/freezer, microwave, garbage disposal. Closest unit to laundry room. Large seasonally heated pool, wading pool, newly pavered deck, shuffleboard courts, clubhouse with facilities; showers to rinse the sand and salt are conveniently located on surfside lounging deck. Condominium community also has outdoor grills located in lounging deck area. This particular unit faces south allowing maximum sun exposure to balcony. Reserved parking, private condominium swimming pool, shuffleboard court. Shopping, department stores, restaurants, bars, etc., are located close by – some within walking distance.
Although we haven't had the chance to update the photos, the wallpaper in the kitchen is GONE! And, the pool area and sidewalks were recently redone with pavers and it looks beautiful!
New Smyrna Beach is over 13 miles of white sand, voted one of the "Best Beaches”. Excellent backwater and offshore fishing, golf, historical sites, cultural events and eclectic shopping and dining experiences along historical Flagler Avenue and Canal Street. Just south of New Smyrna lies the Canaveral National Seashore, which offers swimming, bird watching, shell collecting, hiking and more. Deep sea charters leave New Smyrna Beach daily. New Smyrna Beach offers many historical and cultural sites as well – Turnbull Ruins, Sugar Mill Ruins, Eldora State House, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, and Turtle Mounds - A 50 foot high mound, containing 33,000 cubic yards of oyster shells, created by the Timucuan Indians. Visible 7 miles out at sea and historically used as a navigational device. It is also one of America’s Top Small Cities for The Arts, an artists-in-residence community and educational facility, the Harris House, the Little Theatre and Arts on Douglas. Frequent arts shows featuring visual and performing arts take place throughout the year. Many local restaurants offer fresh seafood to steaks and pasta on the waterfront, or under an umbrella at a sidewalk cafe.
Located approximately one hour from Walt Disney World, Epcot, Disney-MGM Studios, Universal, Sea World, Aquatica, Cypress Gardens, and many other central Florida attractions are just an hour drive from here. Daytona International Speed – NASCAR - everything you need to see and know about a race, is just 20 minutes from New Smyrna Beach.
