| This ONE OF A KIND beach house is perfect for couples and small families with discriminating taste and a desire to spend time on one of the best beaches that Southern California has to offer. A winning combination of location, quality and price.
Our Beach house is on the sand, on Faria Beach, which is known by locals as the new Malibu, but without the traffic, pollution or crowds! Enjoy the 2 mile sandy beach which is rare for the area, as many of our beaches are rocky and offer very little sand. We are also centrally located 65 miles north of Los Angeles, 20 minutes south of Santa Barbara and 10 minutes from Ventura and Carpenteria. This location is ideal for enjoying the best that each of these world famous destinations has to offer. Downtown Santa Barbara, Coast Village in Montecito, the Gold Coast in Carpentaria and the quaint seaside village of Ventura.
In addition to location, our home is not a typical beach house. It is immaculately clean and professionally decorated with an eye for detail that the sophisticated world traveler seeks, but rarely finds. The large master suite is an experience in and of itself as it has magnificent views of the ocean which can be enjoyed in our luxurious king size bed, along side a roaring romantic fireplace or on the seaside balcony. The master bath offers a large walk in shower for two and 2 sinks/vanities. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with accompanying full bathroom. The first floor offers an open floor plan with large kitchen and cozy dining table and chairs that flow into the living room. The living room has a fireplace, high definition 42” TV with doors that open onto the large ocean front patio. There are windows that traverse from the kitchen to the living room providing wonderful ocean views and the symphony of waves. On this floor are also a half bath and washer and dryer. The home also offers a 2 car garage with easy access to Hwy 101 Santa Barbara, Carpentaria, Ventura or Los Angeles.
Toast to the romance of the best of Southern California beach living on the large ocean patio with Jacuzzi, chaise lounges, table and chairs and gas grill. Complimentary champagne is awaiting your arrival. You will not find a comparable vacation rental for the price!

Cancellation Policy
50% of the rental fee, excluding the refundable security deposit, will not be returned if cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the rental start date, unless property is leased to another for that period The entire deposit will not be returned i
