Our Venice Florida Paradise beach house rental is located on the island of Venice Beach Florida and surrounded by gardens and a heated pool. It is a very spacious Florida vacation rental house and has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. AND, we've just added wireless & high speed internet for guests who bring their laptop.

Plus, it has a huge spacious living room, a large dining room/family room area and an outdoor screened in sitting area (lanai) with a beautiful pool. Also, it features central air conditioning and has a washer dryer plus a gorgeous back yard filled with trees and flowers.

Our Harbor Paradise Home vacation beach house is a very roomy vacation home. The master bedroom has a king size bed (sleeps 2) and nice new furniture including dressers. The second large bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2) and also new furniture. Our third bedroom has 2 twin beds (sleeps 2) that are also brand new dressers. our fourth bedroom is a huge master suite and features 2 queen beds (sleeps 4) and 1 queen sofa sleeper (sleeps 2). Plus, our family room contains 1 sleeper bed (sleeps 2). Plus, all bedrooms have good sized closets and both bathrooms are full sized and have showers. One also has a bath tub/shower combination. The other is handicapped accessible.

Our home is fully loaded with brand new living room furniture with a very nice couch, cable TV, kitchen appliances (including dishwasher and disposal) and an outdoor screened in patio with comfy furniture including a couch and lounge chairs. We even have a desk for those who wish to bring a computer. Plus, the back yard is filled with trees and flowers and is much more private than a vacation condo or apartment.

We also have a washer and dryer and central air conditioning. Plus, of course heat and a fire place for the rare nights in winter when the temperature declines.

Our Venice Florida rental beach house is also a 5 minute walk to the beach in Venice and a few minutes walk to downtown Venice. It is also only a 15 minute walk on the beach to the Venice Pier and Sharkys where you can enjoy live music at night and watch the sunset.

Venice Florida has two great seafood restaurants are only a 3 minute walk away. Pop's Sunset Cafe features outdoor and indoor dining next to the bay with fresh seafood caught that day. Area: Beach house is located in the charming town of Nokomis Florida which includes a grocery store and a couple of local seafood restaurants on the bay. The great news is that Nokomis Florida is only 2 miles north of Venice Beach, Florida and 15 miles south of Sarasota, Florida which includes lots of shopping and dining alternatives. (Also, Venice has a Super Walmart and major grocery stores to stock up supplies. There is even a great gym if you like working out.)

It is just a wonderful location. Close to Busch Gardens in Tampa Florida. One and a half hours from Walt Disney World Florida, Sea World Florida, and Universal Studios in Orlando Florida. Also near Florida beaches including Venice beaches, Brandenton Florida beach, Casey Key Florida beach and Sarasota Florida beaches.
